So, I reckon that last week was really not good for me at all.

I had to stop my training for a while. I haven't been training for four days now and I probably won't be able to train for two or three days more.

It started about six days ago. I noticed this little spot on my face, and day by day, it was growing and it was really painful. I couldn't even wash my face because of the pain. It was just terrible. It appeared on my face, left hand and on my back as well. I felt terrible, but I looked ugly as well. White guy with red big spots on his face and peeling skin.

But, everything is getting better now. I'm taking some antibiotics and lots of other drugs. The doctor gave me some special cream to apply on those spots, and now I feel much better. So, hopefully, I will restart my training in three days.

Because I couldn't train, I decided to go to Ayuthaya for a day.

In the camp, everything is OK. Some people are going home and new students are coming to the camp. For example, last week, two guys from Holland come to the camp, and as far as I know, they are going to stay for about three weeks.

I think that is it what I wanted to tell you today.
