We are currently offering group classes tuesday and thursday evenings 7.00-8.30pm.

Our group classes are suitable for beginners all the way through to expert fighters. It is our experience that beginners benefit from being in mixed classes with more experienced fighters; they learn more and develop skills faster. Experienced students will learn new techniques and improve on their basics as well as their speed, stamina and general fitness levels.
Each class consists of a 15 minute warm-up followed by stretching, drills and shadow-boxing. The class will then break into pairs to practice technique on the pads before a short stint of conditioning (that means push-ups and sit-ups, among other things) and a warm-down.
Classes can be very demanding and we recommend that you bring a towel and bottle of water as well as a pair of hand-wraps. We provide gloves and shin guards although you are welcome to bring along your own, of course.
