One month until the Thailand trip
If you are planning to join us on on the next trip to Thailand it's time to get ready: make sure your flights are booked, you have your visas and that you are getting in shape!! If you are not joining us, sadly, last class will be on the 23rd October, resuming on Monday 17th November.

Combat 56
Kru Mariusz will be going to a seminar next weekend to learn a self defense system called Combat 56. This is a system for close combat techniques that can be learned quickly. The emphasis is placed on attacking the soft and vulnerable parts of the human body and utilizing natural impulses in order to protect oneself against attacks. If you want to learn more about this, speak to us after the 5th October.

New diary added
We are proud to announce that we have created yet another Muay Thai addict!! George Zeito has decided to go train in Thailand for a whopping 8 months and, even better, he's promised to send us updates so we can all keep track of his progress. The first one (of many, we hope) has arrived and if you are considering taking a trip to Thailand with us, you should check it out here.

We are currently offering students the chance to try out a private lesson for only £35 for the first hour (instead of £50). Come and see what benefits there are to taking private lessons: accelerated learning, strong focus on the basics and techniques as well as a dedicated learning environment catering to you and your needs. Click here or contact us for more info.

Thailand trip bookings
We've got a good group of about 7 people going so far. We are ticketed to arrive on October 24th for three weeks. Kru Marieusz will be travelling with those who fly that day or will arrange transportation for anyone else wishing to travel seperately to Bangkok.
