Nak Muay Academy offers private lessons and personal training tailored specifically to your individual needs. Working one-on-one with a qualified and attentive trainer will definetly help you learn at an accelerated rate, develop your skills and get fit fast.
The training can be as intense and challenging or as gentle and slow-paced as you need. We will work with you to establish goals and gear your sessions to meeting them. Wether you are looking to improve and diversify your technique, gain stamina, strength or improve your speed, our private lessons will help.
Sessions last for one hour and consist of a ten minute warm-up, stretching, shadow-boxing and stamina excecices. These are followed by drills, bag work and/or pad work. The classes will usually end with some form of circuit training - push-ups, sit-ups, etc.
Private lessons can be organised during daytimes 9.00am - 6.00pm. The basic price for one hour is £45. Pre-pay for 10 classes and get them for £40 each.

Private classes are primarily held at TKO Gym in Canning Town but can also be arranged at other locations in and around Central London including Left Hook Gym (Shadwell) and London Fight Factory (Liverpool Street). For more information please visit our locations page.

Self-defense
if you would like to learn more about self-defense, as well as learning boxing and thai boxing techniques, book a private lesson and we will show you basic and efficient self-defense methods.
Personal training
If you would are looking primarily for a fitness and/or weight loss regime, we can help. Thai Boxing is incredibly effort-intensive and by focusing on aerobic drills and circuit training we can create a training program for you which is both fun and fulfilling.
